My stay at The Yucatan Playa Del Carmen was a mix of highs and lows. The rooftop pool area was stunning and the staff were super friendly, making everything feel more welcoming. However, I struggled with issues like cold water in the shower and odd smells. Despite some setbacks, the overall vibe of the hotel made it a nice trip.
